My Story

It sounds odd writing about myself in third person, yet it's something that people do these days... I will not conform and tell you that I was born and raised in Lithuania. I then moved to the United States and currently residing in Bali.

My wellness journey started when I was studying at the US Coast Guard Academy to be a civil engineer. Instead of focusing on my engineering coursework, I would find myself submerged in fitness books and research. I was sick a lot as a child, suffered from emotional eating and as a result found myself struggling to keep my energy levels up later in life. I discovered the field of anti-aging and biohacking and through research I realized that my gut was destroyed by antibiotics (which possibly added to me being 6'7") and I was physically addicted to hyperpalatable foods. I reversed the damage through self-experimentation and lifestyle interventions (while keeping my height) and started teaching it to my fellow service members. I've been helping people reclaim their optimal health ever since.

I am a voracious reader and tireless self-experimenter willing to try anything conducive to my mission to prevent and reverse the modern lifestyle diseases and aging process.

My athletic background and ongoing curiosity to the latest longevity, nutrition and exercise research fuels my passion to assist and educate individuals in fulfilling any fitness and wellness goals. I strongly believe in taking a multi-dimensional approach towards optimal health and I work with my clients to find ways to incorporate it in their lifestyles.


I have extensive experience in performance consulting, coaching, personal training, group training, nutrition coaching and strength & conditioning. I am a former military member, swimmer, collegiate basketball player and a U. S. National Collegiate heavyweight boxer. My complete understanding of a human's body, flexibility, energy and methodical interdisciplinary approach towards a healthy lifestyle will encourage and motivate you to achieve your aspirations.
